SHIPPING POLICY
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase atALL THAT JAZZ & MORE.
All packages are shipped through USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Once your order is received, we do our best to ship orders within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please keep in mind there may be shipping delays during peak seasons and holidays. Once your order has shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
U.S. Orders
- USPS standard shipping 5-10 business days.
- Priority 3-4 business days
- Express Mail 1-2 business days
International Orders
USPS Priority International Mail 7-20 business days
Tracking
After your order has shipped you may track your order, 24 hours later using the tracking number sent to your email.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
For all lost, stolen, or damaged packages a claim must be filed with the mail carrier.
Incorrect Address/Unclaimed/Refused Package
In the event a wrong address is entered at checkout or a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with shipping the package back to us and re-shipping the package back to the customer.
Please keep in mind all pre-ordered items take 2-3 weeks production time. Once production is completed, your order will be shipped.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales are Final. No returns or exchanges at this time, due to Covid-19.
